How you can be involved:
· Prayer
Warriors. We’d like to have many people praying for
this program, as well as requests from the children and
staff.
· Workers.
In the past, we’ve had to limit the number of students who
can attend because there weren’t enough helpers. There are a
variety of jobs. Some are working directly with the children
and others are in support staff. Workers are screened and
must submit to a background check (as per CEF guidelines).
· Donations.
Besides operating expenses, we’d like to bring in Christian
ministries such as puppets, mime, sign language, dance,
music, etc., to expose our children to a variety of creative
ministries. Eventually, we’d like to see students involved
in some of these ministries.
Communication. We’d like to know about
special events or programs at your church that would be of
interest to this age group. Some of our children have
indicated they attend church. Others do not. Sometimes it’s
only with a grandparent. However, we’d like to make
available information about your church available to them.
